These Estate Partnership Terms (“Agreement”) set out the rules and responsibilities between Jpool (Journey Pool) and estate owners or management (“Estate Partner”) for providing ride-sharing services within residential estates.

3. Estate Responsibilities

Estate Partners agree to:

  • Facilitate access for Jpool riders to the estate (gates, security, etc.)

  • Maintain communication with estate management for safety, complaints, and updates

  • Respond promptly to emergencies reported from within the estate

5. Ride Operations
  • Rides are booked and managed through the Jpool app

  • All payments are processed in-app and follow the standard Jpool pricing model

  • Jpool may adjust operations based on rider availability, resident demand, and estate-specific rules

6. Safety and Liability
  • Jpool implements safety measures including rider verification, SOS support, and trip tracking

  • Estate Partners should inform residents about safety guidelines

  • Jpool is not liable for accidents, personal injury, or property damage caused by riders, passengers, or third parties
